Went to look at engagement rings with my boyfriend, soon to be husband, and I clearly stated to the woman who hunted me down (commission does a lot to a person, doesn't it?) that I was JUST LOOKING. This was (unfortunately) the first place that we started looking at rings and I wanted to eventually look at other jewelers' stores to weigh out my options. Not only did this woman ignore my statement of the fact that I was merely BROWSING, she badgered me to no end to apply for credit. She was completely rude and inconsiderate, and to top it all off, she is Zales's MANAGER. She has short hair and glasses, and is on the older side. DO NOT buy from this woman, she has anger issues.
